Terms of Engagement

Luden Collective provides technical consulting, software development, and R&D services. All engagements are project-based with clearly defined deliverables.

Projects are scoped and priced individually. We work on a fixed-price or time-and-materials basis, as agreed per project.

All work is conducted under NDA unless otherwise specified.

Client retains ownership of all deliverables. Luden Collective retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge developed.

Payment terms are specified per project. Typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery, or milestone-based as agreed.

We provide technical services and consulting. We are not liable for business outcomes beyond the technical scope of work delivered.
